INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
* 6 oz roasted pork rinds
* 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
* 2 tablespoons sucrolose granular sweetener (eg Splenda ™)
* 1 / 4 cup + 2 tablespoons tablespoons butter
Spread the pork rinds in a large casserole dish. In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and sweetener. Drizzle melted butter over the pork rinds, shaking the pan to distribute butter evenly on all sides of the crust. Coat with cinnamon and sweetener, stirring.
