What do you think is wrong? - toilet whooshing sound
I live in the 3rd (top) floor of an apartment building. Recently, about every 5-10 minutes in the bathroom, I hear a crunching box in the wall that sounded like a waterfall. This week flooded my two neighbors in my apartment and my bathroom on the floor after she had to. What you might think? Shall I ask the owners to call a plumber?

In any case, went to a plumber. We could not guess the cause, but if the house will only pay for services such as an IT professional.
